When Will I Receive My Order?
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days from our warehouses.
Delivery time is then estimated between 10 to 22 business days to receive your item at home.
During periods of high demand, shipping may take up to 6 business days.
Our packages are delivered by La Poste, and we do not work with pickup points.
My Order Is Not Complete
We work with multiple warehouses and manufacturers. For this reason, it is possible that your order may arrive in separate packages.
If you do not receive all your items at the same time, please do not worry. The remaining packages are simply still in transit.
Our average delivery time remains 10 to 22 business days, but in rare cases some packages may take slightly longer.
If you have not received anything after 35 business days, we will issue a full refund, and you may keep the item if it eventually arrives.

Can I Cancel Or Modify My Order?
Orders are processed quickly, usually within 12 hours after purchase.
You therefore have 12 hours after placing your order to request a cancellation or modification by contacting us at:

After this period, your order will already be in processing or shipped, and we will unfortunately no longer be able to modify it.
The Item I Received Is Broken Or Defective
Despite our careful selection of reliable shipping partners, it may occasionally happen that a package is damaged during transport.
If this happens, or if you notice a defect with the product, please contact us at jetzsparis@gmail.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (damaged item, wrong product, etc.)
- A photo or video showing the problem
You will not need to return the item. We will directly issue a refund in the form of a store credit.
If you prefer another form of refund, please specify it in your message.
